STORY
GoGravel is a young company with its roots in South Africa, providing after-market accessories for Adventure/ADV style motorcycles.
Adventure/Dual Sport/Enduro Style Motorcycle Riding could easily be included in the national pastimes and along with Four-Wheel Overlanding, is right up there with Braai, Rugby, Biltong plus any and all possible ways of enjoying the (mostly) sunny skies.
Braai is a uniquely South African word and concept that has a lot to do with the regular outdoor grilling and consuming of the most delicious meats, accompanied by a wide variety of libation (including some of the very best wines in the world), while telling stories, recounting adventures and otherwise enjoying the camaraderie of a bunch of friends who (usually) work hard, but also like to play in the dirt, and otherwise have lots of fun in the sun (and rain).
Already the preferred supplier of after-market accessories to most motorcycle dealers all around South Africa, GoGravel decided to take our successful formula abroad to the USA, Europe & Australia and see how it goes. Since we’re in the Adventure business, we definitely subscribe to the “nothing ventured, nothing gained” kind of approach.
We combine the highest quality manufacturing processes with surprisingly low costs, consistently innovative design and then testing, in the harsh conditions of Southern Africa by experienced riders of big bore, dual-purpose motorcycles such as the BMW GS, KTM Adventure and Honda Africa Twin.
This enables us to provide parts such as guards and covers that will not only protect your bike, but also significantly enhance its look. Our luggage and other soft products are durable and practical, making it clear that we are there to help our customers ride their ADV/Dual-Sport/Enduro motorbike as it was intended to be ridden.
