CUSTOMER CARE
Big Adventure Moto arose out of one mans love for Adventure biking and the need for quality protective gear for my motorcycle. When I returned to biking, once the kids could take care for themselves, I was living in southern Spain. I therefore wanted my motorcycle to have the capability of taking me, not just around Spain, but down into North Africa and for that I sourced the best equipment I could find. That search led me initially to South African manufacturers who were making hi quality, simple, products specifically for the harsh African terrain and climate. The reason I tell this story is to demonstrate the importance of quality and simplicity in the products that I now sell. Items that do their job well, take little or no maintenance and are reliable.
To back up those quality products we are here to help. It is our desire that you get the right equipment for your bike that suits your needs. Please feel free to contact me with your questions and don't forget to give your details of your bikes model.

Finally, we are human! Occasionally things don't go perfectly. If you are not entirely happy with one of our products then we ask you to contact us directly so that we can resolve whatever the issue might be. We want happy customers.
