SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Products will be shipped from our UK warehouse next working day of your order being confirmed. Most out of our products are shipped using Royal Mail, on occasions we will use a courier service, particularly for larger items. Mainland UK deliveries are aimed to be with you within 5 working days or ordering, a little longer for European orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Should you have reason to return your product then we at Big Adventure Moto accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Products may be returned if you have simply changed your mind as long as the product is returned in its original packaging and is undamaged. You will be liable for shipping costs.
If there is a manufacturing fault then we will accept the return and send a replacement on receipt unless a full refund is requested.
Products that have been fitted can not be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product or the product is not fit for purpose.
